Privacy Policy

No protected health information on this site

This is a marketing website. It does not collect, receive, store, or process protected health information, and it is not connected to any hospital system or patient record. Please do not include patient information in any form on this site.

Our hospital platform is a separate, access-controlled system governed by a Business Associate Agreement with each hospital. Nothing described in this policy applies to it.

What we collect

Two things. First, when you submit a form — a message, a demo request, or a request for your hospital's Opportunity Index report — we receive what you typed: your name, role, hospital, email address, where your program is today, and your message. We use it to reply to you and to keep track of the conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Second, we collect privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics about site usage: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are in the world, and which site referred them. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify or track individual people across the internet.

No tracking cookies

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party advertising pixels. Our analytics work without cookies, which is why the notice on this site can honestly say so.

We store one item in your browser's local storage — a flag recording that you dismissed the privacy notice — so we don't show it to you again. It contains no personal information and never leaves your browser.

Where the data goes

Form submissions are stored in our own database and are accessible only to our team. We use standard infrastructure providers for hosting, database, and analytics, each bound by their own data protection terms.

We keep form submissions for as long as the conversation is useful, and delete them on request.

Your choices

Email us at hello@[name].com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll do it, and we won't require a form.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
